Texting issues ?

This week I've had trouble with text messages going through blue to other iPhones(iMessage). Sometimes they go through green other times not at all.
I have rebooted the phone several times, it seems to help, but the problem returns in time. Is it a coincidence that this issue started after I did the update to iOS 7.0? Anyone else having problems texting with iPhone?

Yes that's one of the issues I was reading about earlier today.

I know of others that have had problems with sexting as well
