Kinda reminds me of how the old stormdrain doors were painted with cat faces in the L.A. river near the Zoo. The city put up brick "noise barricades' on the sides of the 5 Freeway, so they're not visable anymore to cars rolling by. Ah,...L.A. used to be so cool.....
