Well.....we didn't have a good week as a group although Mateo was down almost 3 lbs for the week.......we'll see how he does after his trip :D
Tishimself is out after 3 weeks of non reporting...apparently he's been too busy to get on a scale FOR 3 WEEKS :rolleyes
In any case I had a bad week too and fell off the wagon so today it's back to hitting it hard cuz Desert Storm is just around the corner.....let's all recommit and get it moving again :thumb:

I finally weighed myself today and while it doesn't count for the contest, I'm thrilled to say I finally fell below my 128 plateau!! Just barely, but it's something!

I think I'll still be down but the following week is when I'll gain a few. Yeah I'm eating Cheeze It's, Girl Scout Cookies and See's Candy all day but no working out has me eating less and dropping muscle mass. :DQuote:
