Took this on Friday morning before I hit the road. Didn't bring scale on board the Moho. Will be interesting to see what this trip does to me.

Well I was actually up a pound this week (taken Saturday morning before we left for CA)........lost a little focus but still down more than 20 and fitting into my clothes. I feel like I'm almost half way to my goal..........plan to take off 3 or more this week.
Hang in there everyone......we're almost half way through our challenge and lots of time left to lose......hang in there :thumb:
