I don't even know what that means. I'm still learning how to follow my gut and frankly, it's hard to read it when it says 6 different things. Put yourself in my shoes, I've got one telling me to do the logical thing, one is suggesting a hug, another a kick in the nuts, one making a pros and cons list and then there's the random "get some ice cream" coming from Fat Eli and "you need to go to the gym" from Healthy Eli of course.
