We can all tailgate in the parking lot ahead of time to get a good buzz going before heading out and not have to worry about the bar on the boat too much.

Once you get details we need to get a confirmed list of attendees and 50% down from everyone, they will require that as a deposit.

Yah I saw that and its def a must.
I have been burned so many times by flakes whom say they will go and I ended up spotting the money and they cancel last minute. Sucks when that happens.

It's so close that we should just pay the 100% that way we don't have to worry about it later.

I would say 100% up front. But thats just me from prior experiences.
