I've seen that before on commercials. I'll have to see if my gym has one.
I use to do Pilates on a reformer and my abs were much stronger but at $65 a class it was steep...I think I can find something for free.

I opted to buy one for the simple reason you can use it at home and it comes apart easy if you want to travel with it.
THe ones on the commercials are too expensive with the springs and the other bull shit.
Just go to sport chalet or some similar place and buy a simple one. You use your own muscle and core as opposed to the machine doing much of the work for you.
Here is one I found on Amazon for $14 FYI

Claremont loop on the mountain bike 3 times this week and last week. A little muddy after the rain. There's a 72 year old man who runs 2 laps everyday up there.

I use to average 11000 steps a day. As work gets busier I am down to about 8500. My ass is either in my chair or car. Ugh need to figure out a balance. I use to jog, but my knees can't handle it. I have tried elliptical and not comfortable on them. Walking is what kept me in shape but it takes up so much time.
My wife is saying she is retiring by the end of the year, so she will take some stuff of my plate. She has been saying she is going to retire for the last 2 years so who knows if she will pull the trigger.
600+miles a month in the mountains on my bike....55,000 vertical feet a month just so I can do my 12oz curls!!
