The Hotboat.com booth was jumping

I chuckled a little over SS answer my, but then I am kind of sick that way. Any sarcasm in SS's post I thought was in my head, now that I go back and re read it, I can see where he posted just as I was thinking.
Great seeing everyone from HOTBOAT.COM at Bayfair.
Your booth was right in the middle of the action. I met quite a few people and they were extremely friendly and down to earth.
HOTBOAT is really gaining membership with the coverage provided by Mr. & Mrs. Hotboat and Crew. The entire crew was doing a great job explaining the website to interested people. Keep up the great work.
I wish we were camped closer in order to share some evening cocktails and socialize more.
Once again great coverage of the event and I look forward to seeing everyone on the water.
RACING:
I really missed the drag boats and the smell of race gas but the racing in H-1 is still amazing to watch.
San Diego needs to roll out the red carpet for motorsports. This City is not interested in making things easier on anyone organizers and promoters really have a tough job putting up with all the red tape. The venue is absolutely gorgeous you couldn't ask for better water or temperature absolutely pristine racing conditions.
I hope this is not the last Unlimited Hydro race...it would be a bummer.

Kap, always good to see you my friend. We're beat. But in a good way. What a weekend for sure. San Diego Mission Bay is the perfect venue for racing. It's a shame the powers to be couldn't come together for the better of the sport and the fans. We definitely missed the drag boats. Hopefully both sides have learned a bit of a lesson here and will reunite for Bayfair 2014. The sport, fans, and racers definitely deserve it.
Nonetheless it was a great weekend. Like you said the weather was awesome. We stayed in our motor home at ski beach and slept with the windows open and no a/c. Loved it.
And some great racing for sure. Always a blast to watch the H1's rocketing across the 2.5mi course, and always good action with the Grand Prix, PS/SS, SST's, and Hydros.
The crowd was huge Saturday, Sunday was a little smaller, but still a very good crowd.
The people want to see racing. So let's show them racing next year!!
Congrats to Steve David on his victory and retirement, he will be missed for sure. We will have a list of classes and winners up soon, congrats to everyone on a safe weekend.
I'll have more on this as well as more pictures ASAP.
Kap it was nice to meet you.

Anyone know if it hurts the H1's to get washed down? That scoop on top looks to ingest a lot of air.
Well I guess that's an air intake?
