Next Monday last weigh in!
Gonna skip weights and do cardio and sauna all week. Last weigh in will be like a fighter weighs in. Gonna drop 7lbs of water Monday morning.

I forgot to weigh myself bf working out this morning. Since, I can't sit in the sauna and drop 5 pounds. Here it is!
FYI: I'm not gonna stop bc the challenge is over. I still have a few weeks bf DS!

Did the "make weight" routine at the gym yesterday and today. Hadn't done that since I stopped competitive fighting. I'll be up five pounds by the end if today but for the challenge, here's my final:

Im not in this comp but on the past 5 weeks since I have been dieting I have dropped 14lbs....
Today is going to be my first night drinking in 5 weeks as well, interested to see how low my tolerance has gotten lol
Well it was a long week but I got it done lol
