I've actually started a smoke with a couple beers, neighbors smelled the smoke, came by snooping for a free meal, turned into 10 of us and couple cases of beer, slowly they got called home by their wives. I took a nap, woke hungover and then enjoyed my smoked shoulder. It's an alllllllllll day event.

Yea, I love smoking too! We've got a deal coming up later in Oct that will go down as you described. I'm thinking about adding one of the Tex smokers so I can do different meats at same time.
