Used to be a friend but this time he seems he was more concerned about the $$$....
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Was told I was getting one amount back after closing and that ended up being about 7k off and I was just informed my monthly payment is $100 more than I was previously told.....He knew he wouldn't get the deal if it was not where we wanted it and he kept leading me on the whole time saying not too worry its right there...Now it is too late to back out......Not a good effing day!

The only thing worse than throwing good money after bad...is when it's your time you're throwing around. You can always earn more money, but you'll never be able to replace the time. It's a much more valuable asset, that's frequently taken for granted.
