perfect, this helps Jerry. So a Gull Bottom could be a Flat, semi v as in the picture I posted. Could it also be in the runner, step bottom or no?
The gull bottom is considered a true flat and not a runner bottom. Slight v in the back of any flatty is still considered a true flat.Quote:

Thanks Jerry 18 -6 can mean a lot to many , 18 footer , 19 footer. With the picture you posted showing what the Gull looks like , we all now know what to look for.
