Just got off the phone with Nick Shubin and they are still looking to open Memorial weekend 2013. They are awaiting the liquor license (already approved) and working on completing the docs now with the new swim up area and bar area where you will have your feet in the water. Next time we are in town, we will go by and get some current pictures. Fingers crossed they get all details completed and we will all be partying at the "New" Sundance Saloon Memorial weekend.

Mitch you crack me up! The Shubin bros. have calmed down alot since the 80's. But who knows what's up their sleeves for fun in 2013; )

hell yes !!!

Drove past Sundance last week on the water, they are working everyday to get it open. Got a pic and will post it tonight.
