Up @ 4:30 out at 9:30

Alarm goes off at 3:15
I try to be snoozing by 9, usually before 10 though.

I go to bed about 9pm and get up at 3am.

Up at 4:30, bed by 9

Point I was trying to make in post 16. :)

Late night tonight but still gotta be at the soccer field at 8:00 in the morning. Kids play, mommy is assistant coach and daddy refs.

Allthough not getting up, waking up occurs often throughout the night!

My phone alarm goes off at 4am, but I'm usually half awake by 3:30am, during the week. I'm usually exhausted by about 8:30pm, so I'm normally in bed by 9pm.
