Weighing in on Fridays is a good idea according to doctors. Best time is Monday. I vote for no change.

I actually hit my initial goal this week. So I decided to gain weight back so I can keep in the challenge. :D
So.....................I get that I'm being a total "Drill Sargent" here......and I will definitely ease up if that's what you guys would like???
As long as we all stay on plan I'm ok with weighing in any day you guys want.......let's pick a day that everyone would like and STICK to it.....I'll go with the group and we can start after the weigh in tomorrow morning........so if you want to change vote now or forever hold your piece :D
If we were weighing in on Fridays I would be like 20 lbs lighter by now.
Monday weigh ins aren't great but it keeps me eating healthy and honest.
I vote staying on our Monday schedule.

So.........Needless to say I had a very public meltdown (diet wise) on Monday.......what I didn't mention is that I also went crazy on SB Sunday as well and really didn't get back on the wagon till Wednesday.......with that being said I managed to get the body back in the swing by the end of the week and even managed to post a 1lb loss.........I'm stoked actually, all things considered :thumb:
