so I'm the planner, demo, frame, electrican, insulater, hanger, hvac,plummer, texture, taper, and painter,landcape designer and installer..

the granite was a crazy deal... got bids from $3500 to $13,500...:drinkin: it's Copenhagen with mitered 2 3/8" edge...the bar is 193" x 42"... no pony wall, all plumbing and elect. in the cabinets

The pool is getting re-plastered with quarts, the spa is getting raised and made bigger..also it will be Faux formed rock

You so some pretty bitchin f’d up work.

I need crown and base at my place. When can you start??
