I actually like Grads.

I'm a pretty reasonable person, I'd be willing to entertain reinstatement negotiations for him. On the other hand, there are a few others who will never be allowed back :D

All new registrations require approval before they can login. I recently got a Grads request to join, it was denied LOL.
