But I just finished this boat up with a fresh BBC, brand new Menkens Stainless Steel prop that worked beautifully on that thing, all stainless tanks, hardware, etc. My wife just upholstered the boat to match the candy paint striping to boot. I wanted all that stuff back because we continue to build boats around here and that stuff wasn't cheap!

We didn't sink it. It just broke a prop shaft coupler and we were kicking it in when a family in a tuna boat blew by at top speed (about 20) throwing a two foot wave into it without ever knowing anything happened as they drove off into the sunset. If ignorance is bliss, that was one blissful family, indeed. :D

I have 2.
One for the boat and one for when trailing the boat long distances.

Ok here it is simple:

Fits in a real small bag.

The knife is in the kit I forgot to put it in the spread on the floor.

How about fuses and zip ties?

Those are always in the boat.

Good call but those are non-negotiable...lol. Had a bilge pump blow a fuse one time and it saved the boat...so I always have them on board.

Just curious but how could a level possibly come in handy on a boat?

Yeah I know it's suppose to be nothing but the essential's. I still like that combo crescent Jerry pointed out. I just went to Sears and picked up everything.

The clench wrenches were really cool adjustable like a box wrench but two wrenches cover a variety of size nuts.

The barrel handled screwdriver is really cool. It has all kinds of bits in the handle and ratchets.

I want a long Single 0 cable with clips on each end for jumper cable...just enough to turn the motors over in case I have really weak batteries.

The craft mans 220 piece set, has every thing hopefully you will not need.

To tap on the starter while your buddy turns the key. Yup, used that trick one time at the launch ramp. :D
