No, pre-heat oven to 325 degrees, put eggs on rack or in cupcake pan for 30 minutes, boom, boiled eggs!

I love cauliflower. Raw, grilled, broiled you name it!


This morning I ate 2 medium boiled eggs and it reminded me of all the times I was sick as a child and my mother stayed up with me. Kinda felt like I was getting a hug from her. She truly has no idea how much I adore her.

My SIL has tried every fad diet and diet suppliment known to man..........didn't, doesn't, hasn't worked one iota.

I'm not. Those pretend miracle diets are painful and ineffective. As long as I stay away from processed foods my body just feels better and drops weight. Mostly, my stomach stops hurting.
