I can't recall the name, but there's a steak house on the south side of town I've been to twice. The food was good. Not the nicest place in town, but the service and food were good.

I'm guessing you'er talking about the Montana Steakhouse......not too bad but like you say nothing fancy.

I make a better steak at home so like it's home we go.......plus I can promise you I have a better wine cellar than ANY restaurant in town including Shugrues which has the best!! Most restaurants in Havasu think Kendell-Jackson, Vintners Reserve is "Top of the line" :D

Yep! Montana's is it.

I agree. I can make a better steak and a better cocktail myself in most cases.

I tried both, meh. I didn't know one of them had closed.

Is the Sushi/Fish place still open on LH Avenue kinda south of Rotary park? I ate their once and it was pretty good. I don't remember the name, just the Saki. :D

We usually go to rustys for breakfast. Than either turtle or pirates for lunch, then wherever for dinner. This weekend we did the havalina cantina and mud sharks

For Sushi Shogun's good. However, I don't know of any other Sushi place in Havasu.

I like shogun's (usually eat there at least once a trip), however I avoid the scallops. Took a party of 7 to shoguns one night, 5 people had scallops (wife and I had steak). Those 5 people had a really shitty night :)

Oh I also like Chico's Tacos next to Utility Board Shop (across from Safeway). Really good. It's a hole in the wall but the serve beer.
