The demand is up even over last year, with Boat Show then Desert Storm and following weekend Lucas Drags Boats. It wouldn't surprise me to see $300-$400 a night at KV.

I didn't book through Chris. He required a 4 night minimum. Our friends have a hook up on two condo's, we got one of them.
