Too funny . My best friend, huge baseball fan likes to make the same analogies. The free agent thing I've heard a gazillion times. The one I used to like is when he referred to two guys shitting in the same bathroom-different stalls of course- as double barrel activity in the bull pen.

You have to go to Tomuras store In Kailua Akahi park. They have the best Ahi Poke. I never ate it before I tried it there and I was in love! Go there from the airport. Don't waste time. Get at least a medium size container of each option. You'll thank me when you do.

I have been on it for 5 weeks, going pretty good think i have dropped about 26 pound so far, trying to figure out new ways to eat while on it to keep thing fresh. Hit store today and my dinner plan for the week are
corn beef and cabbage
stuffed bell peppers using ground up chuck roast
chicken breast with butter garlic and mushrooms
smoked half turkey breast on the grill with Brocolli
shrimp stir fry with bell peppers, waster crest nuts,sprouts
steak and veggie
cabbage rolls
