Everyone in the tank is glad that I got a lion fish as they all apparently love frozen krill and try to get to it before he does... :fishing1:

Thats very cool. I miss our salt tank. But dont miss the work and expense.

What other fish do you have? I've heard lions will gobble up anything they can fit in their mouth?

I have a 150 gallon reef and it hasn't been bad. I offset a bunch of cost with my anemone farm. Started with 3 bubble tips and ended up with 13 at one time... about 1/2 the tank was anemones. Started taking them into the store for credit. Need to do it again soon as I was down to 5 and now I'm at 8 or 9 again. My clown hates me for taking them away from him... spoiled asshole. I suppose he would have the whole tank nothing but anemones if it was up to him. :D

That is true regarding the lions. I got a fuzzy dwarf though and they have the smallest mouths of any of them and are considered reef safe. Gotta keep him full of krill and off my cleaner shrimp though.

I've got a maroon and gold clown. Started with a pair but one of them didn't make it.

I've got a flame hawk, who is the guard dog of the tank. He'll follow you down the length of the tank. Has no swim bladder, so he can't float. Has to swim, or stand on the bottom or a rock.

I've got a green file fish, which is cool because he camoflauges himself...

I've got a 6 line wrasse, that I don't have a picture of, a striped damsel who I need to fish out of the tank...
