I hear that....so C4 is that a good pre work out supplement? Creatine based? I have been looking for something new. I was on jack3d for a bit and that def gives you the extra pump

C4 has been pretty good over the past month. You can definitely feel it. I fortunately picked it up when it was on sale at Costco for 50% off. Just saw it this past weekend and it was back to full price.

Previously I was on NoXplode or something like that. That was creatine based and definitely helped put on some size. I have a protien shake with added pure creatine after my workout so I get my creatine there if it's not in the preworkout.
