I'll second the Nautical since it's the hub of DS. If you want to stay there and they will rent you a room BOOK NOW! Problem is a large block of rooms are set aside for participants and there may not be any available. If they do release them there is a surcharge for non-participants. My advice is call tomorrow and see if anything is available. Avoid the rooms to North if possible, the ones South are much nicer.
The Heat is probably nicer in terms of rooms and is next to bridge, bars and restaurants and HB might have a party there. You will see a lot nice boat traffic passing under bridge from your balcony.

There were rumors ranging from no DS 2015 to all sorts of other rumors. Gladly those rumors were put to bed Saturday night with the announcement of a new partner.
