Very fun day. But, now I can barely move and my fish taco sauce came out so spicy my lips are in fire and I haven't had dinner yet. Ugh!

Sure but I can give you the ingredients and you just make as much as you need lol. I always do it by sight. That's probably why it's so freaken spicy lol.

Jalapeño
Olive oil mayo
Cilantro
Lime
Salt
Pepper

Throw it all into a bullet and blend until you have a creamy sauce.

Then I make my cabbage stuff. Use cabbage shredded for coleslaw and add the sauce above. Some more cilantro and avocado.

For the fish I use a white fish. Mahi Mahi, Cod, halibut, etc. Today it's Pacific Cod. I add some olive oil to the pan and fry it. Not deep fried though.
