Not a fine Wendi, just the stated fees in their fund raising agreement. I prefer NOT to fund the hosting folks....just the family.

5 or 9% of $10,000 is $500 & $900 respectively. If that site helps increase the donations, the fee is worth it.

Paypal won't allow people to check the activity and see the donations grow. I think its a good idea and the fees are not excessive.

Talked to Dan Bement today and they did not want there address put online. If you want to pm me I can send it to you. This shows how great the boating community is!!!! You all kick ass!!!

If you know the family personally Carl that's great. Donating directly would be the best, but most of us don't have that option, and want to help any way we can.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle on Friday and I can tell you right off the bat I could tell he had a passion for racing. This community has been so welcoming and an all around pleasure to be around, I am honored to have shaken hands with him. The donations echo everything I have learned about the boat racing community. :thumbup:

$4995 in less than a day. There are definitely some very generous people out there. To all those who donated, thank you very much.

But please do not stop.

So far around 46 people have donated, that's awesome. But I know there are hundreds more who can spare a few dollars to help this mans family.

We are a boating community, lets show them what we can do!!
