We have a 2000 26' Howard Cat, big blown TCM...although its a little too much power for this girl. I prefer putting her in/pulling her out of the water. :)
We boat on the strip.

In Parker most weekends Thursday to Sunday between April and October, also hit the big winter weekends and love winter boating.
We hit Havasu from the springs once a month or so and try to never miss DS.
Don't drink while driving boat but at night I'm a blue monster and vodka killer.
Hi my name is Jerry and I like boating on the Colorado riv, Irvine lake, Elsinore, Puddingstone etc. I'm the guy who made the "River Rats vol 1 & 2 dvd's as well as shooting all kinds of boat racing events and regatta's for over 15 years. My website is www.v-drivevideo.net
I learned to ski at age 6 behind a flatty on lake mead and currently own the late Pete Peters "Honcho" ski race boat that I've turned into a legal K boat. I'll be entering a race or 2 soon.
I'm not and never have been a drinker only because I don't like the taste.
I have a huge collection of old boating magazines and race programs as well as 1000's of pictures.
Sharp shooter Are you going to race in the spring classic in Parker beginning of April?

both of those Halletts look nice !
So far... We love it. It is amazing how roomy the 240 is. I can sit four adults comfortably in the open bow. The Playcraft was way too underpowered for me. I will miss being able to find a beach anywhere on busy weekends and the shop-vac and put away simplicity of the toon. The perfect set-up is still to have one of each and thats not going to happen anytime soon. I shopped newer toons and to get what I wanted it was going to be $60-70k. Cigalert was a huge help when I was shopping. I think I asked him to measure is boat ten different times... I wanted mine to fit in the Havasu house garage.
Nice to see a lot of old hands stopping by!:)

Parker and Havasu.
I think I'm gonna like this place... Don't feel like I'm gonna need a password to the clubhouse to be able to hang out... :D
