Wasn't thinking of selling the lot but your house/location made us think about trading. It'll never have its view obscured and its 100 yards from offroading.

I can't go to the drags,..the place is like a bar to an alcholic...
my last pass down the 1/4 i windowed the block in my alchol FED. went thru the light a ball of flame...

freaked out my wife and kids, promissed to never do it again if she bought me a new boat....
