Time to celebrate

I made a thing in my front yard over the weekend to mark the shortest day/equinox's and the longest day in the summer (AT NOON)... something I have been wanting to do for a while...

I will post pics at some point... I put a OLD utility pole that I have been mowing around for 25 years to good use... Shortened it to 10' from grade and put an aluminum topper on it to cast a shadow so I could mark the ground at high noon on the shortest/longest days and equinox... I may put in some more markers on the ground to mark the pattern of sunrise/sunset... Im really interested in the solar/lunar and the celestial cycles...
