I wouldnt go as far as to say that this is a hidden gem, my wife and I are going to take the downstairs unit, as per the owner she has an upstairs unit avialable as of this morning KAP...

Start point and END is at Capt Rons... Its very close in a straight line, VERY long drive by car... About one hundie per night, pretty nice and clean/quiet and full kitchen... THey do have boat slips available but not for a vessle like your ride... :) PM me for details Kappie...
