My favorite response so far was one comedian's suggestion. To make everyone happy, don't change the name, just the logo, to a red potato :)

If they did that, Idaho would be all over them to either stop using the image or move the team to Boise.

I heard someone on talk radio early this morning make a good point.
They asked if the names of the Black Hawk and Apache Helicopters would be changed since they are machines of war and can inflict death?
Both can be viewed as derogatory towards Native Americans.....
Just a thought....Not trying to go all political here.
