Well....the first step is to quit your job or better yet get laid off, then you gots to get one of them Obama fones........from there you can go online and apply for unemployment, Food Stamps and eventually Welfare....the more kids you have the better. It's even more effective if you file in CA and live in AZ. CA dollars get you a lot more for our tax dollars in Havasu. ;)
