Keep in mind most of my life I've been told 4 inches is really 8 inches so please forgive my ignorance :) I blame others :D

Well, that's one way to store your boat for the winter...LOL...

Flip it over and rent it out as a Cabana. or turn it into a beach bar.

Can someone post more pics of like the marina, I've never seen it so shallow
