You ever see a professional racquetball game? Pretty intense and rarely on their feet. You go against a decent amature and it's not even fun, hence the reason I quit. :D
I am 29 and play with guys in their 40's and 50's and they kick my ASS! They know what they are doing with angles and low shots. Like you, I play for the cardio aspect, they make me run my ass off lol.Quote:
