plenty of fish, deer,rabbits..weather stays with in 20 degress of 70 year round.. close to the ocean..

I'm a pretty broke dick right now, they're putting the motor in the boat today,.. it'll be done maybe next weekend....owe 15k more on it...

the house is getting real close, cabinets go in wed..floors Monday after...so I gotta pay out about 60k more next week....


all the Mohave property taxes for az just came in.... 9of them.....
