Did they just finish that backyard? The block on my side looks fairly new. We closed end of December so I haven't been out when the weather has been favorable enough to meet anyone.

In the 3rd pic you posted its the house up on the hill. House has been there quite some time, killer views.

With the shop setup that Lance has I would be surprised if they are selling. I think that might be for another house would be my guess.

Yep. I checked Zillow. The house for sale is on Papago. The next street over and towards the highway. Huge house also.
