Rock landscape is cheap :biggrin:
Septic and underground utilities:thumbsUp::thumbsUp: No power/cable/phone lines to look past.

Retainer walls we're gonna wait til we do a small pool, estimates have ranged around 50-60.

It would be a good day for off-roadin. In Havasu suppose to be in the 60's, we had some rain last night and snow on the Mohave Mtn.'s this morning.

The build make Jan anxious but it'll all turn out fine sooner or later. We usually drive past your place when we're in town but it seems we are on alternate schedules, like 10 days ago :biggrin:

Wasn't thinking of selling the lot but your house/location made us think about trading. It'll never have its view obscured and its 100 yards from offroading.
I remember seeing your posts about your big southside lot, never really knew where it was exactly. Being that much acreage I figured it had to be more by donkey acres or the horse ranch region.
Originally our lot was listed above 100k but family deaths prompted heirs to sell for quick cash.....
