Kim and I are not married but I am covering her as a "Domestic Partner" We have not actually filed with the state...
Anyway, I am interested to see if a new plan will allow me to keep covering her as a "Domestic Partner?"
This scares the crap out of her....
Perfect, now all of our employees got this notification in the mail and are thinking we are dropping coverage. We haven't received our new options from our broker yet....on the second piece of paper it really pushes the employees to sign up for covered California....guess we better have a company meeting and let everyone know what's up. This sucks! http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/06...4f1d43677b.jpg

Your employer has plenty of options and the broker should be marketing your coverage and checking the providers in the new networks so the employees don't have to find new doctors. Well that's what we do for our clients. If your employer would like a second opinion they can give me a call.

The SCOTUS is hearing arguments and should decide here soon whether the subsidies are legal with states who don't have exchanges.....................I'm hoping this all crashes and burns if they decide against Obummercare.
