I believe they send out statewide, and sometimes close neighboring states. WA alerts statewide, as far as I know.

I'm a light weight! I will be manning the grill so I can't get too drunk.

One year I had Martinis during the super bowl party and "took a nap" for the entire 3rd quarter so now I'm on a restricted drinking option when I'm in charge of the grill. ;)
