I spoke to Nick Shubin yesterday and I would assume after my conversation they will not be opening Labor Day. Liquor license check, soda dispensers being installed check. But they still have quite a bit of work to do for boat parking and finishing touches on the downstairs bar area. They've been working on the front entrance and cleaning that up. They also need to hire employees to run the place. It's been a very slow process that they did not anticipate. He didn't want to give me another date that would come and pass. He felt it best to go there personally and talk with Jim Shubin who is there at the location running the job. We will post an update after we meet with Jim.Quote:
