I hate when this happens also! You can take pills but if you don't get the full amount of sleep you have a hard time shaking it off.

Yea I take pills already. My work schedule is always messed up at the end of the month. I hardly sleep well because I always think I'm late for work and get that panic wake up when I'm a little too comfortable in bed and boom, I'm up for good. I hate it when it happens at 1 am.:(

Drag racing NHRA back in action this weekend at Vegas. I think it's do or die for John Force, Hagan's got a 2 round lead on him. Hope John Medlen can get the Castrol Mustang moving.
