I have that for breakfast Mon-Fri but the power form. Just mix with water and costco sells a 6lb bag for only $35

I did good......1st day of a 3 day fast......not much to do but drink water :D

I get it from Costco too. Much cheaper. I usually have a protein bar in the morning, but today I had a shake for breakfast and dinner.

I did too! It was easy though...didn't have much of an appetite. It's those "days" when I wanna eat everything and my arm that suck! I'm just gonna do the protein thing Paul suggested.

I wish you all good luck on your mission. I got that flu going around Sunday night and it is killing me, down 3 lbs today from the stuff flowing out of me.
