Here's what I do in fact know, America has a legal system where people are innocent until they're proven guilty, (yes, even police officers), we have grand jury's that look at possible crimes to see if there's evidence to make an indictment, these twelve people give up their lives and time to be in this process that our founding fathers set-up over 200 years ago and now when a case is heard and all the evidence is reviewed and it shows that no crime has been committed, that's not enough..............sorry folks, that the way the constitution works.
