I'm not going to read all this but from the scanning I've done, aren't Paul and Vic doing the same thing here? Counting calories and moderation are the same thing and the correct way to drop weight. Anyone who has taken a basic biology class can tell you this. What Wendi is doing is a gimmick for sure. Bottom line lower your calorie intake to the point where you start burning stored calories(fat) and the weight melts away.
