I can at least say we have identified the corrupt table in the SQL database and are attempting to repair it in house. Worst case we ship the file to a database recovery service and have them fix it. I'm hoping by 10am-noon tomorrow it's fixed.

Then we need to find out what caused it to begin with.

Please be patient. Because I'm not :D
