Bottom looks good. Is it Thursday yet in California? If you haven't picked it up yet, please give Stu my regards when you do.

Well get the boat home to find the strut isnt there, call the shop and he glued it" I USED PERMANET ADHESIVE " in no bolts no zip ties nothing and its gone must of fallen out on the freeway, so i need to make a new strut what a fn pain in the ass this is going to be work completely backwards , and build a strut from thin air to match all my running i already own..
So the strut is gone and the holes where the hardware all bolted are filled. Sounds like it is time to do a 100% re-rig job. Maybe a 7 degree drop thru strut, a new 10 degree V-drive with a whirl-away? Good luck, a quick job that just got a lot harder. Be sure to get good help when it comes to placement of the engine and strut.
thats the problem all holes in the bottom of the boat are still there ...
yes there was a quarter size glob of some black stuff .. the strut base is 4" x 8" so it had about 1/20th coverage
so barber welding "Kent" is making a new chrome moly strut,,, mean time a little rigging i mean a little lolAttachment 44596Attachment 44597Attachment 44598Attachment 44599Attachment 44600Attachment 44601Attachment 44602Attachment 44603Attachment 44604Attachment 44605Attachment 44606
