People that drive in the passing lane on the freeway and don't move over to let me pass when they see me coming in hot or flashing my brights. If you want to drive 65mph or less , that is totally fine, please do it in the appropriate lane and stop congesting the freeway. This really chaps my ass in the 91 Express Lanes. Two cars drive side by side at 55 and won't let me pass.

Someone threw a lit cigarette out their window while I was driving home. AZ has a litter hotline(877-354-8837) and I call it about once a month for people that do this. Not sure what happens to them but I did my civic duty as far as trying to prevent fires. 😡
