Chopped salad that's what's for dinner
Chopped salad sounds good wendi, i did meat balls on the bbq with low carb sauce and a salad last night they were really good. I did make it into the 280's barely yesterday( my goal) 289.9 lol but tomorrow is my 2 month mark on atkins, Im down 37 pounds.

I just use a ground chuck roast with onion and diced bell peppers with a little Parmesan, mix it up and grill it or bake it with some sauce and cheese on them.....You know who makes a pretty good chopped salad when you need a change is subway.
I love the jack links, i only buy the small bag since im not very good with portion control.:coffee-n-news:
