Nice, what about the gooey butter cake though.
Gooey Butter Cake is a slam dunk for #1 position when it is made right.... :) AND super easy to make....
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C):
-Mix yellow cake mix, 8 tablespoons room temp butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs with a spoon. Pat into a 9 X 13 inch pan (bring up the sides of the pan slightly to make a rim/edge crust.
-Mix 8 oz room temp cream cheese, 8 tablespoons room temp butter or margarine, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla with an electric mixer. Slowly beat in 16 oz confectioner's sugar until smooth and free of lumps...
-Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown around edge/top. Cool & serve (it will firm when cooled)

We came back from SWF for the Hoilday's, I'm going to try one of these before we head back, they look great.
So many cakes, so little time... (P.S. I had a nice LARGE slice of scratch made Pineapple Upside Down cake with my mom today)
